An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Scottish building contractor. This national contractor are involved in a variety of work from short 1-2 day turnaround projects to major lump sum infrastructure works.
You will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the cost management process for designated projects. Key responsibilities include cost management, procurement, valuation of variations, contract administration, financial reporting, risk management, and compliance.

Significant experience in a contracting QS role is essential
Mid-level QS and Senior QS will be considered
NEC 3 or JCT contract experience preferred but not essential
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
