PACKAGE MANAGER REQUIRED

Project Based in Slough
An experienced Package Manager is required to manage and coordinate the following specialist packages on a live project in Slough:
* Building Management System (BMS)
* Electronic Security (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Detection)
* Structured Cabling & ICT Infrastructure
Role Overview
The Package Manager will take full responsibility for the site coordination, delivery, and integration of these technology packages through construction, commissioning, and handover.
This is a site-based role requiring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and proven experience managing specialist subcontractors within active construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
Construction Phase
* Manage and coordinate package subcontractors
* Monitor installation quality and programme compliance
* Lead coordination and progress meetings
* Review and manage technical submittals
* Oversee variations within package scope
* Ensure compliance with UK standards and project specifications
* Drive interface coordination between BMS, Security, ICT, and MEP trades
Commissioning & Handover
* Coordinate integrated systems testing
* Witness and manage commissioning activities
* Ensure completion of O&M manuals and as-built documentation
* Support Practical Completion
* Assist in managing defects period obligations
Candidate Requirements
* Demonstrable experience delivering BMS, Security and/or Structured Cabling packages
* Strong understanding of systems integration and interface management
* Experience working alongside main contractors
* Ability to drive programme and manage specialist subcontractors
* Knowledge of UK construction standards and CDM regulations
