Mia James Construction is a growing, reputable building company specialising in high end extensions, conversions, and refurbishments in and around the Bramhall area. We are a family run company and already have a great team on board
As we continue to expand, we're looking for a reliable and experienced working foreman.
You will be an all-round builder or joiner and must be confident across a range of building tasks. Must be hard working as this is a fast paced environment. You will be given a job to manage the full day to day of a site and required to put your stamp on the job from start to finish.
What We're Looking For:
* UK-qualified in joinery (NVQ or equivalent) or if all round builder must be time served with good all round building knowledge
* Skilled in all building work and able to work across various aspects of residential construction
* Must have own tools and transport and of course a full UK driving licence
* Experienced in roofing a plus if joiner
* Have great knowledge and skills in various building works
* Reliable, hard-working, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
* must be local to Bramhall
