We are currently looking for a passionate Spa Therapist, to join our Spa on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. Responsibilities
* To hold NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification
* To ensure the Spa treatment rooms and relaxation areas are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness and comply with the health, hygiene and safety regulations.
* To prepare Life style guides/recommendations for each guest after a treatment.
* To consistently re-stock amenities in the treatment rooms and ESPA/VOYA products.
* To be the consummate professional at all times; immaculate appearance, excellent customer service, smile
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
