Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering care plans for patients and ability to work efficiently within a busy A&E department
* Monitoring vital signs
* Carrying out assessments and blood tests
* Liaising with other team members including doctors and senior nurses
* Observing patient’s condition and recording information
* Administering medications
* Communicating with patients and their families
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a RegisteredNurse.
* Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
* Ability to work effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative in patient care.
* Compassionate approach with strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy towards patients' experiences.
* At least 6 months' NHS experience as an Accident & Emergency Nurse (within the last 3 years).
* Proficiency in IT systems for maintaining patient records and accessing medical information.
* UK right to work.
* Enhanced DBS clearance required.
