* Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
* Based in Tipton, West Midlands
* Pay GBP12.40 per hour plus shift allowance for afternoons or nights only
* Shifts: 06:00am - 2:00pm OR 2:00pm - 10:00pm Available (PICK YOUR SET SHIFT)
(TRAINING WILL BE ON DAY SHIFT 6AM - 2PM)
Are you an experienced Production Operative / Assembly line worker looking for a long-term opportunity working for a leading world wide manufacturing company
The Role
As a Production/ Assembly Operative, you will be using a range of hand power tools and measuring devices working on a busy fast paced production line
* Assembling products
* Manual handling and using trimming tools
* Using measuring equipment and devices
* Following instructions from drawings
* Quality inspecting finished product
* Key Responsibilities
* Read and follow instructions from technical plans and drawings
* Minimise material waste and ensure a high-quality finish
* Handle materials in line with health & safety standards
* Support product changeovers and continuous improvement processes
About You
We\'re seeking a motivated, reliable individual with:
* At least 2 years experience in Assembly work, based in a factory environment
* Strong attention to detail and quality is a must
* Confidence reading drawings/specifications
* A basic level of PC literacy
* An organised and safety-conscious approach
