We are looking for a Senior / Principal Sustainability Consultant to lead our Net Zero team and be part of the Senior Management Team.
The Role
* Lead the Net Zero team, investing in each individual to help them fulfil their potential.
* Contribute to the day-to-day running of the company through the Senior Management Team.
* Provide clients with high-quality technical and strategic advice on sustainability services including Whole Life Carbon Assessments, Circular Economy Statements, ESG Assessments, Net Zero Roadmaps, and more.
* Work with design teams on innovative and high-profile developments.
* Prepare high-quality reports for clients.
* Manage Key Client Accounts, developing long-term relationships.
* Expand our client offering into new areas of sustainability.
* Contribute towards developing a robust pipeline.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
* A relevant degree in Sustainability; MSc in building/sustainability/materials is desirable.
* 3-5 years’ experience in the built environment.
* Experience advising on net zero buildings.
* Experience with Whole Life Cycle Carbon Assessments and OneClick LCA software.
* Knowledge of RICS WLC guidance and Circular Economy principles.
* Experience in low carbon materials and solutions to reduce embodied carbon.
* Experience managing projects, writing reports, and client relationships.
This is a full-time position based in Guildford, Surrey. Salary depends on experience and ability.
