The team prides itself on delivering high-quality work, practical advice, and exceptional client care in a collaborative and welcoming environment.If you enjoy variety in your role, building client relationships, and taking ownership of your work, this could be the perfect opportunity.As a key member of the team, you will work across a broad mix of compliance and advisory work, including:
* Preparing and reviewing VAT returns
* Producing year-end accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
* Managing Corporation Tax compliance
* Preparing and submitting P11Ds
* Responding to HMRC enquiries across VAT, Corporation Tax, and Self Assessment
* Assisting with Self Assessment tax returns
* Supporting ad-hoc tax advisory projects
* Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and providing guidance where needed
We’re looking for someone who is technically strong, detail-focused, and comfortable working directly with clients.You will ideally have:
* A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
* Strong experience using Xero, Sage, and/or QuickBooks
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of client work
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience supporting, mentoring, or reviewing the work of others
* Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
