The Role
As a National Account Manager, you will manage the daily relationship with a portfolio of the largest restaurant partners. You will use your expertise of the Deliveroo platform to grow these partners' sales while helping them improve their daily operations and become more efficient in working with customers and riders.
Using data to understand performance patterns and creating insights to suggest improvements will be key to your success. You will report to your Client Partner and collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Product. Working with large partners often involves overcoming unique challenges, shaping the future of our partnerships globally.
You will:
* Monitor and analyze partner-specific goals, and present performance reviews with partners.
* Manage weekly operational meetings, providing insights during regular reviews with support from your Client Partner.
* Offer guidance on how to improve and grow delivery as a channel.
* Increase revenue and health metrics by consulting restaurant partners on best practices.
* Deliver in-person training sessions covering operational best practices, Deliveroo insights, and troubleshooting.
* Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with key restaurant partners by collaborating with other parts of Deliveroo.
* Partner with regional Commercial Managers to identify growth opportunities across UK regions.
* Work with restaurant marketing teams to deliver campaigns that create value for partners.
Requirements
* Experience in account management or strategic partnerships.
* Ability to manage data and generate clear, actionable insights.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
