Currently recruiting a management accountant for a Huntingdon based organisation. This is an immediate start either on a temp to perm or permanent basis. Main duties will include preparing monthly management accounts, year-end processes and budget and forecast activities, and other areas as required. You will be an advocate for the Team in the implementation of a new system, embracing change and the benefits a new system will bring. You will also be a trusted Finance Business Partner, supporting and advising managers on the position of their budgets, completing regular and timely re-forecasting, and highlighting any financial risks to both the Manager and Head of Finance. Knowledge of charity accounting and reporting would be desirable. Ideally you will be a qualified accountant (ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA) or part qualified with relevant experience.
