Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Head of Existing Installations. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Director with extensive industry experience to join the existing installations team, based out of our Addlestone Office in Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying EI customer needs, defining sales strategies, managing the EI product and its fulfillment to achieve EI objectives for customer satisfaction, growth, efficiency, and profit. They will work closely with the Group EI Sales and Fulfillment teams and KG Field Operations to help branches achieve targets and deliver strategies, products, processes, and tools.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver sustainable, profitable growth while maintaining customer excellence.
* Coordinate with zone and branch managers to analyze results and implement remedial actions.
* Defend the EI revenue base by formulating and implementing a local vision and strategy aligned with KG objectives.
* Formulate and implement a local strategy for portfolio retention, growth, and profitability.
* Define target markets and strategies to achieve portfolio retention and growth targets.
* Develop and execute portfolio models to secure and grow EI business.
* Achieve the KG vision of being the preferred choice for customers.
* Establish relationships with key stakeholders in strategic markets and client organizations.
* Develop and monitor value-add initiatives to enhance customer loyalty.
* Analyze customer feedback and improve NPS.
* Implement best-in-class processes and systems for sustainable growth and efficiency.
* Ensure policies and procedures are current, fit-for-purpose, and compliant.
* Manage cross-functional relationships to meet process and quality metrics.
* Support audit programs for continuous improvement.
* Clarify organizational structure, roles, responsibilities, and standards.
* Create a team-first culture with performance management and succession planning.

Candidate Requirements:
* At least five years’ experience managing a business or senior executive roles in the vertical transport or building services industry.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Experience in business development and pipeline growth.
* Degree or diploma in engineering or business, or an MBA.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Leadership qualities to build and develop teams.
