The Role
Role Objectives
This performance marketing role seeks a proven expert in paid advertising tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and others, to drive business growth and sales for Smile’s dental cover products.
You will report to the Head of Marketing and be part of the Retail and Corporate Dental Cover divisions. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with at least 6 hours overlapping with 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane).
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Campaign Development: Develop and execute paid search and social strategies to acquire new members and retain existing ones. Create ad creatives for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc. Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI and cost-efficiency. Collaborate with sales and SEO teams.
* Own the Complete Funnel: Generate leads and revenue through targeted campaigns, monitor funnel metrics, troubleshoot issues, and work with stakeholders to optimize performance.
* Budget Management: Manage PPC and paid social budgets effectively to balance cost and performance.
* Testing: Develop hypotheses, conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve results.
* Performance Reporting: Regularly report on PPC and paid social metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Explore New Platforms: Identify and test new advertising channels, collaborate with creative teams, and align strategies with organic search efforts. Communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators
* Monthly growth in dental cover sales.
* Return on Investment (ROI) for campaigns.
* Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Ideal Profile & Requirements
Must have extensive experience with paid platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, demonstrated success, analytical and strategic mindset, growth-oriented attitude, excellent English skills, and high integrity.
