About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electronics Technician to become part of a dynamic Production Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting PCB assemblies, ensuring all work meets strict quality standards and is delivered on time. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, follow technical instructions, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and test PCB assemblies in line with scheduled build times and customer demand
* Assist in the final build and assembly of complete units
* Deliver agreed objectives and report progress to your supervisor
* Recommend and support initiatives to improve production efficiency and product quality
* Support and maintain 5S standards in the workshop, driving continual improvement
