Overview
We have an opportunity for a Support Worker - Waking Nights to join the team at Hartley Place, Ellesmere Port (CH65 7DJ). This role is for Extra Care services at Making Space Charity.
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Hours: 28.5 per week

Responsibilities
* Support adults on a person-centred basis to live independently in their own apartments.
* Assist with medication administration and access to the community.
* Support with domestic tasks and daily living activities as required.
* Think on your feet to respond to tenants’ needs with empathy and a positive, friendly approach.
Qualifications and qualities
* Qualifications are not required; we prioritise values and ability to build relationships with service users and colleagues.
* Patience and a sense of humour are important.
* Willingness to participate in on-the-job training and, if desired, pursue professional qualifications in Health and Social Care or related fields.
* Legally entitled to live and work in the United Kingdom.
