We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual to take ownership of key financial processes, support strategic decision-making, and drive performance across the business - all from our clients on-site office.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts with accurate variance analysis.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Business partnering with operational teams to provide financial insight and cost analysis.
Maintain and improve internal controls and financial reporting systems.
Support with audits, compliance, and year-end processes.
Identify and drive process improvements across the finance function.About You
Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years' experience in a management accounting or financial analysis role.
Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced on-site environment
