 
        Agricultural Solicitor - York A leading Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit an Agricultural Solicitor to join its highly regarded property and rural team in York. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE and a strong grounding in agricultural law to take on high quality, varied work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The Role You'll handle a diverse caseload of agricultural and rural property matters, advising clients across the farming and landowning community. Work will include: - Advising on Farm Business Tenancies, Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies and Grazing Licences - Handling sales and purchases of agricultural property and businesses - Acting for lenders on security and funding matters - Drafting and advising on development agreements including options, easements and overage/clawback arrangements - Delivering practical, tailored legal advice and maintaining long-term client relationships About You - 3 years PQE with solid experience in agricultural law - Confident managing your own caseload and developing client relationships - Commercially minded with a proactive, problem-solving approach - Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail - Keen to play an active role in business development and marketing initiatives What's on Offer?
