Where You’ll Be Working Just a short stroll from the Shepherd Neame brewery in the historic medieval market town of Faversham, Kent, the Sun Inn is a busy pub and restaurant that oozes history, charm and character. Dating back to the 14th century, the Sun Inn still has a very traditional feel, boasting its original inglenook fireplaces and oak beams. It also has 12 newly refurbished en-suite bedrooms which boast contemporary style and the latest facilities, while also retaining their historic character. What You’ll Do Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to company standards. Follow daily cleaning schedules and maintain hygiene and safety requirements. Replenish linen, towels, and guest amenities as needed. Report any maintenance issues promptly. Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
