Description
We are seeking a Mobile Cover Receptionist to provide flexible and professional reception cover in Birmingham. This role involves representing our organization positively and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide seamless temporary reception cover, managing the reception area and meeting expectations
* Greet and manage visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Represent stakeholders with a knowledgeable approach
* Manage couriers, post, and deliveries
* Perform general administration tasks
* Submit weekly reports on site activity
Building Management
* Develop relationships with clients, agents, and contractors
* Maintain an impeccable reception area
* Keep vacant spaces presentable for viewing
* Collaborate with property and facilities managers
* Report and manage issues appropriately
* Prioritize building security
* Proactively solve problems
Additional Tenant Experience
* Familiarize yourself with local amenities and site notes
* Support promotional events and added value initiatives
