Marriott Vacancies – Recruitment Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive person to join our HR team in the Golf & Country Club Cluster. Responsible for our 5 Golf & Country Clubs; Breadsall Priory, Worsley Park, Forest of Arden, Tudor Park & St Pierre you will take care of all things recruitment from posting our opportunities and sourcing great candidates to coordinating job offers with the on property HR teams. This is initially a fixed term position for 6 months and base location is flexible within our 5 country clubs to suit the successful applicant.
Job Responsibilities:
* Onboard new hires into Human Resources Information Systems
* Post compelling Job Ads and on the various recruitment channels
* Coordinate and conduct applicant reference checks
* Ensure that applicants move seamlessly through the recruitment process and that they are kept informed of the outcome of their application
* Generate recruitment data reports as necessary
* Monitor and assist Hiring Managers with hiring processes ensuring that candidates have a great experience
Job Requirements:
* Understand the impact of their job in the overall candidate’s experience
* Are super organised
* Can handle large volume of information efficiently
* Are natural relationship builders
* Are great communicators (in written and spoken English)
* Come from a background in hotel operations and dream of a successful HR career
