About the Role As our Wedding & Events Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our weddings, private events, conferences, and celebrations. You’ll take guests from enquiry through to event delivery, ensuring every detail is handled with care, professionalism, and creativity. Key Responsibilities Manage all wedding and event enquiries from initial contact through to on‑the‑day coordination. Conduct show‑arounds and build strong rapport with clients. Produce accurate event proposals, contracts, and function sheets. Work closely with the operations, kitchen, and sales teams to ensure seamless event delivery. Actively contribute to driving event and wedding sales. Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout their planning journey. Ensure exceptional guest experience at every stage.
