Inviting applications for the role of Sales Director - Assistant Vice President - English.
This role involves growing our business by pursuing new clients and managing the entire pursuit process from lead generation to contract signature.
Responsibilities
1. Deal Origination: Responsible for expanding our business with new clients across various industries.
2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. Use insights to shape business development strategies.
3. Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities aligned with the organizations strategic focus.
4. Proposal Development: Collaborate with Business Units, Data-Tech-AI, and Commercial/Pricing teams to craft compelling proposals.
5. Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements, and close deals timely to meet revenue targets.
6. Sales Management: Keep accurate records of all activities, including pipeline updates, client interactions, and performance metrics. Provide reports to senior management.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
* Based in the US, UK, or EU and open to relocating.
* Experience in client-facing engagements and building relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
* Understanding of services in Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, or Financial Services, including market trends and client needs.
* Proficiency with technology tools, platforms, and systems, and understanding of AI concepts and applications relevant to the industry.
* Willingness to travel for meetings and sales activities.
* For Europe hires, proficiency in languages such as German, Dutch, Swedish, Italian, or French.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
* Experience in sales and/or consulting at Genpact or similar environments.
* Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and digital sales tools.
