Key Responsibilities:

Handle rugs with care to maintain quality and prevent damage.
Operate cleaning machinery and follow company cleaning processes.
Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
Requirements:
Keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
Ability to follow processes and use cleaning equipment safely (training provided).
Physically fit – able to lift, move, and handle rugs of varying sizes.
Problem-solving mindset for dealing with stains and delicate materials.
Team player with good communication skills.
Previous cleaning, textile care, or related experience is an advantage (but not essential).
