As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering a variety of engineering projects. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
The Role
1. Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation through to completion
2. Plan timelines, coordinate resources, and support project delivery and installations
3. Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from site teams to senior management
5. Attend site visits, support installations, and meet with clients
6. Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure projects remain on track
7. Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations
About You
8. Up to 1 year of experience in a project, engineering, or manufacturing environment
9. Degree (minimum 2:2) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
10. Basic practical engineering knowledge (through education, placements, or early career experience)
11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
12. Customer-focused with some client-facing experience
13. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
14. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
15. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
16. Commercial awareness alongside technical understanding
17. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
18. Full UK driving licence (desirable)
