Key Responsibilities as Employee Relations Specialist:
* Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding workplace issues across the Group businesses
* Travelling across multi-sites and manage an ER caseload of low-level to complex cases
* Support the Group Head of HR and Operations Director in all employee relations matters
* Advise managers on handling performance issues and disciplinary actions
* Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievances.
* Provide advice and guidance on company policies, procedures and employment laws
* Develop, review and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices
* Conduct training sessions on employee relations procedures, workplace ethics, policies, and regulations
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards this. You will have ideally worked within a logistics, manufacturing, retail, FMCG or similarly fast paced commercial unionised environment and comfortable with regional travel.
