Job Description
3. Produce and present monthly management accounts to inform commercial decisions.
4. Analyse financial performance and deliver clear, actionable insight to stakeholders.
5. Lead budgeting and forecasting activity to support delivery of financial targets.
6. Maintain and enhance financial controls, reporting and governance frameworks.
7. Partner with budget holders to monitor spend and improve resource efficiency.
8. Support year‑end processes, audits and ongoing regulatory compliance.
9. Contribute to ad‑hoc financial analysis, projects and business cases.
10. Continuously review and improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
11. Proven experience across management accounting, reporting and financial control
12. Highly detail‑focused, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
13. Comfortable working with ERP systems and complex financial data
14. Confident communicator who enjoys supporting and developing others
15. Solid knowledge of statutory reporting, VAT and HMRC requirements
16. Proactive and improvement‑focused, with a hands‑on approach to challenges
17. Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
