Job Description
1. Advise clients on complex restructuring and insolvency matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements related to restructuring cases.
3. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with creditors and other stakeholders.
4. Provide strategic guidance on financial restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to manage restructuring cases effectively.
6. Conduct legal research to support case strategies and client consultations.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and industry developments.
8. Contribute to business development initiatives and foster strong client relationships.
