Content Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Manager to oversee the development, execution, and management of our content strategy across multiple languages and platforms. The Content Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all content is SEO-friendly, on-brand, and complies with clinical regulations, while managing a team of clinical content writers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that enhances our online presence, engages our audience, and supports our business objectives.
* Manage the creation, publication, and maintenance of high-quality content across thousands of pages and multiple languages, ensuring consistency with our brand voice, style, and tone.
* Ensure all content is optimised for search engines (SEO) to maximise visibility and drive traffic to our website.
* Work closely with clinical experts and regulatory bodies to ensure all content meets clinical regulation considerations and maintains the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
* Lead, manage, and mentor a team of clinical content writers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Establish and maintain content management systems and processes to handle content at scale efficiently.
* Conduct regular content audits and analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure content alignment with overall business goals.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends, content management technologies, and SEO best practices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in content management, particularly in a healthcare or clinical setting would be advantageous, with a strong portfolio of work.
* Expertise in SEO and content optimisation techniques.
* Familiarity with content management systems and the ability to manage content at scale.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
* A high degree of attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
Salary Range: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum
