Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Trailer Technician / Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate would be NTTA Qualified and have experience in trailer servicing, maintenance and repairs. This role requires excellent mechanical skills, attention to detail and a strong understanding of trailer safety. This role requires a commitment to delivering excellent customer service while ensuring that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Duties
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trailers, including electrical and mechanical systems.
* Conduct thorough inspections of trailers to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
* Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Trailer Mechanic or in a similar role, demonstrating strong mechanical knowledge.
* Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in equipment repair tasks.
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
* A commitment to safety practices within the workplace environment.
