What You’ll Be Doing Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget. Collaborate across departments to manage resources, resolve constraints, and drive project success. Create and maintain project documentation including charters, plans, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and consistent updates. Govern change control processes and ensure leadership sign-off on all project changes. Map and improve business processes to support successful change initiatives. Chair project meetings, report to IPTs, and ensure actions and follow-ups are tracked. Monitor budgets, raise requisitions, and ensure financial compliance. Act as a point of contact for Health & Safety, ensuring alignment with safety standards. Support and mentor other PMs, contributing to a collaborative project management culture. Manage engineering-focused and ad hoc projects as required. Why Join Us?
