Personal Assistant, Hybrid - Bristol
Summary of the role
A FCA regulated life & pensions service provider are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join the company. They are looking for someone to deliver PA, secretarial, and administrative support to Account Leads on a daily basis, ensuring that all relevant tasks are efficiently managed to facilitate and streamline their responsibilities.
What you'll be doing
1. Managing and maintaining the diary and inbox, prioritising deadlines and key activities to ensure effective time management.
2. Organising travel arrangements, accommodation, and room bookings as needed, and supporting the Account Lead with personal expense management and other administrative housekeeping tasks.
3. Producing accurate and timely documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations as required.
4. Analysing and presenting management information as required for the Account Lead.
5. Generating and delivering relevant, accurate, and timely business management information upon request.
6. Overseeing and supporting the quality of Vacancy and Change forms for the Account Lead and their direct reports.
7. Organising and attending meetings, conference calls, and video conferences, ensuring the Accountant Lead is well prepared and capturing action points during meetings.
