This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the future development of a secondary school working with Affinity Workforce based in BS20.
Affinity Workforce Solutions is seeking to appoint a keen and committed Inclusion Assistant/Learning Support Assistant to support our students, including individuals and groups, both academically and socially.
The successful applicant will:
* Have a sound understanding of secondary education.
* Develop a good understanding of the students' EHCPs — their strengths, needs, outcomes, and practices.
* Have experience supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum.
* Be a team player, as well as able to use their initiative.
* Possess excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
* Have experience working with children with a range of additional needs, including autism and speech and language difficulties, both in small groups and 1:1 settings.
* Maintain a positive attitude and be flexible to the demands of the role.
