The University of Warwick is seeking an experienced Strategic People Partner to join our dynamic team.
This key role works in close partnership with senior leadership teams across the University to identify, design, and deliver strategic people interventions that support the University’s overarching People Strategy.
As a trusted advisor, you will be at the heart of shaping and driving initiatives that align with business area objectives and contribute to the University's broader strategic goals.
You will be an integral member of a leadership team within a specific faculty or professional services group, where you’ll lead complex people-related programmes, providing expert guidance on organisational change and employee lifecycle management.
By taking a data-driven approach, you’ll identify key people trends, develop impactful solutions, and actively promote the University’s values and culture. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across the University, building strong relationships and driving meaningful change at an organisation level.
About You
The successful candidate will be an experienced and strategic people leader, with a proven track record in developing and delivering people initiatives that support organisational change and business objectives.
You’ll bring a deep understanding of people dynamics and the ability to leverage data and insights to drive effective solutions. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable working with senior leaders to influence and challenge constructively.
You will have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, allowing you to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with confidence and ease.
As a natural leader, you’ll guide and inspire teams, ensuring high performance and development within your people partner team.
Your ability to anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and manage complex people-related issues will be key to your success.
Above all, you will be passionate about aligning people strategy with organisational culture and committed to promoting change that enhances the University’s vision and values.
