Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £150 Per day Job Duties: 1. Delivering engaging and informative lessons to students across various subjects and age groups. 2. Following lesson plans and adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. 3. Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. 4. Providing constructive feedback to students on their progress and academic performance. 5. Collaborating with other staff members and school leadership to ensure continuity in students' education. Required Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Relevant teaching experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Previous teaching experience in a school setting Knowledge and Skills: - Knowledge of the national curriculum and educational best practises - Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners - Strong classroom management skills - Excellent organisational and time management abilities Preferred Qualifications: - Postgraduate qualification in Education - Additional training in specific subject areas Working Conditions: - Fast-paced school environment - Interaction with students, parents, and school staff - Adherence to school policies and procedures - Willingness to undertake additional training as required All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
