This role will involve working with a social housing contractor to complete a variety of tasks across residential properties, including new builds, refurbishments, and general maintenance. As a Carpenter/Handyman, you will be responsible for tasks such as general maintenance, door undercuts, installing trickle vents into UPVC windows, and blocking up vents.
