The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and highly respected consultancy, working closely with the leadership team and colleagues to continue their success story.
You’ll act as a trusted adviser to clients, supporting People teams across a range of industries including tech, pharma, and financial services. The role offers real variety, autonomy, and exposure to global projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver multi-country benefits and wellbeing implementations
* Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing consultancy support
* Research global benefits and wellbeing practices, compliance, and trends
* Produce and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients
* Coordinate with international partners and oversee compliance research
* Contribute to the team’s market knowledge and best practices
The Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years’ experience in global benefits management – Risk and/or Healthcare
* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Analytical and numerate with good attention to detail
* Naturally curious and passionate about client service and wellbeing
* Native or highly fluent English
This is not a sales role - the focus is entirely on client relationships, service delivery, and collaboration.
Working Arrangements
* Hybrid working: roughly 40% remote, 60% office-based in central London
* Occasional travel to UK client sites
