Base pay range
General Manager:
Our client are currently looking for a General Manager to manage their Aberdeen site, this client is a well established main dealer with over 60 sites across the UK with a continuous growth plan.
Package
* Basic up to £90k
* OTE up to £120k
* Pension
* 45 hour week
* 33 days annual leave
Experience and attributes
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a large and diverse team
* A professional and calm approach
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential barriers
* Experience managing a franchised motor dealership or a similar automotive retail business
Requirements

* Do you have previous experience in a similar role?
* Do you have the attitude to make it happen by driving the standard in customer care?
