Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: Neuburg (Germany), Hinwil (Switzerland), and UK. The UK facility will focus on the development of the chassis and race operations, with the Power Unit from Neuburg.
The position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany, starting January 1, 2026. In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work as part of the department management team on the development and testing of key components that enhance the power unit’s performance for racing.
Your Responsibilities:
* Support the ERS department head as an interface between development departments and workshop.
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects.
* Help in budget planning for ERS projects.
* Coordinate test and deployment planning for ERS components.
* Assist in planning the assembly of components with responsible teams.
* Contribute to the optimization of development processes and methods.
* Analyze technical data and prepare progress reports.
* Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Your Profile:
* Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
* Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, including project management.
* Development experience with electric drive systems for motorsport or similar environments.
* Strong organizational skills and team spirit.
* Analytical mindset and structured working approach.
* Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies, with high commitment.
* Proficiency in German or English; willingness to learn the other language.
