You would be reporting to the Management Accountant and be based in Head Office, Northwich, Cheshire. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Financial & reporting. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks Process invoices, receipts, and expense claims Perform data entry into accounting systems Help reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts Maintain organised financial records and filing systems Support month-end and year-end closing activities Assist with payroll preparation and employee reimbursements Respond to finance-related queries Follow company policies and accounting procedures Candidate Background and Experience Qualifications Accounting & Finance qualification (Desirable) Basic understanding of accounting principles Good numerical and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Package £24,479 - £26,000 dependent on experience 23 days holiday increasing with service Loyalty Awards Company Pension with Royal London Health care cash plan with Health Shield Death in service benefit Candidate Specification Personal Qualities and Skills High attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
