An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom as a Service Care Centre Operator, working in the Newton-Le-Willows area. Position: Service Care Centre Operator Location: Kingdom Services Group Head Office, Newton-Le-Willows, Merseyside, WA12. Hours: 40 hours per week, as per site rota (minimum one late shift per week) Salary: £26,500 per annum The Service Care Centre Operator is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery by managing customer support requests, maintaining accurate records, and driving continuous improvement in processes and communication What’s in it for you?
