Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated CNC Operator to contribute to the Terex Dungannon Machine Shop team.

Position: CNC Operator
Location: Dungannon
Reporting to: Production Supervisor
Hours of Work: 39 hours per week
What you will do
You will play a pivotal role within the Machine Shop Team; helping to create equipment that helps improve the lives of people around the world.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. In this job you will need to understand technical plans and be capable of working out measurements
2. Processing and preparing raw steel for production on your assigned machine
3. Meet production targets while maximising efficiency
4. Ensuring the safe and controlled movement of production parts; manually, via crane and or lifting equipment
5. Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to at all times demonstrating our commitment to Zero Harm
6. Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement
7. In this role you may also be required to operate a fork-lift truck/combi lift truck pending training
8. All other duties as reasonably requested
What you will bring
9. Previous experience in the use of hand plasma, CNC machinery and stud welding
10. Use of CNC plasma desirable
11. Strong communication skills
12. Have a proactive approach to problem solving
13. Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workload
14. Ability to read and understand technical drawings
15. Ability to work under pressure and be fully dependable and reliable
16. Ability to use on initiative and work with minimal supervision
