Overview
Thatcham Court is a purpose-built dementia care home located in Thatcham. The home provides dementia care including nursing, residential, Parkinsons and short-stay care, with assessments offered within 48 hours and, in some cases, same-day admission.

Key Responsibilities
* Support residents with a wide range of requirements from companionship to personal care.
* Observe and manage residents behaviour with care and document/report changes in line with regulatory requirements.
* Support residents’ nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them according to their care plans.
* Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
* Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.

* Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.
