We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Hospitality Manager to lead catering and hospitality services at an International Law Firm. The role involves managing day‑to‑day operations, delivering high‑quality events and dining services, and building strong client relationships.
You will lead and develop a team, ensuring excellent customer service, high performance, and engagement. The role also includes full financial responsibility (P&L), budget management, reporting, and driving profitability.
Key duties include overseeing catering orders, managing suppliers, ensuring compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards, and continuously improving service delivery through innovation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, strong leadership and communication skills, a customer‑focused approach, and the ability to manage budgets and performance effectively. You will be proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.

Salary: £43K to £45K depending on experience
