This is a strong opportunity to join a global organisation with a stable, long-tenured engineering team, supporting a network estate spanning 170+ sites worldwide.
You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team of three engineers, working across a standardised but evolving network environment. The role focuses on implementation and support, with exposure to firewalls, routing, switching, and wireless — and a clear path to move into design over time.
The business has grown significantly through mergers and acquisitions, meaning there is ongoing project work around site integrations, office and warehouse moves, and network standardisation.
Culturally, this is a standout. The team is known for its low churn, respectful environment, and long-term stability, with engineers typically staying 5+ years. You’ll be given support early on, then trusted to run independently once settled.
