Sub Agent – H7 Team (Heathrow) Location: Heathrow, London | Contract Type: Full-Time | Sector: Infrastructure / Civil Engineering We are currently supporting our client in the recruitment of a Sub Agent to join their H7 team at Heathrow Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced individual to contribute to a high-profile infrastructure programme in one of the UK’s most dynamic environments. Role Overview: As a Sub Agent, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex civil engineering packages, with a strong focus on roadworks, traffic management, and stakeholder coordination. You’ll lead junior team members and be instrumental in ensuring that works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and deliver a package of works independently from planning to completion * Lead and support junior engineers and graduate engineers * Liaise with multiple stakeholders including the client, statutory undertakers, rail and third parties * Oversee site activities with a focus on health, safety, and compliance * Manage programme delivery and reporting under NEC contracts * Ensure all works meet quality, environmental, and safety standards Ideal Candidate Profile: * Proven experience in roadworks, traffic management, and working on airport infrastructure (preferably Heathrow) * Strong stakeholder management capabilities * Experience managing and mentoring junior staff * Demonstrable success in managing NEC contracts and construction programmes * Ability to deliver works packages independently Mandatory Certifications: * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) * TWC (Temporary Works Coordinator) * CSCS Card This is an excellent role for a motivated professional looking to join a high-performing team on a major infrastructure programme.
