Intervention Worker, Early Help Team Pay rate to £18.98 per hour Contract role Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Intervention Worker to work in an Early Help Team in Tameside Council. An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Early Help Service; we are seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated Family Help Lead Practitioner, to work across the continuum of need, who are passionate about meeting children’s needs and seeking great outcomes for children and their families. The successful candidate will be expected to support the Team Manager with the efficient and effective delivery of the STARS Model within Tameside. Using reflective practice and compassion focused therapy, you will identify needs and coordinate intensive support for pregnant women and their partners at the earliest opportunity. You will be working on a plan with midwifery, health and adults to prevent the risks of repeated removals of children and effect real change. This role will be case managing referred women (and partners) and supporting them to effect changes and engage with the pre-birth assessment.
