Project Manager - Major Geotechnical Infrastructure
Location: Ipswich (Site-Based)
Salary: £71,000 + Car / Allowance
Bennett & Game are working with a leading contractor operating within a major geotechnical alliance on Sizewell C, supporting the delivery of critical ground engineering works including diaphragm walling, piling, and soil stabilisation.

Project Manager - Salary & Benefits
Competitive Salary up to £71,000

Project Manager - Job Overview
Take full ownership of project delivery across geotechnical packages including diaphragm walling, piling, and soil mixing
Lead and integrate multi-disciplinary teams across operations, design, plant, procurement, and commercial
Drive a strong safety-first culture, leading investigations, KPIs, and continuous improvement
Own programme delivery including critical path, sequencing, and risk mitigation
Lead commercial performance including CVR, forecasting, change management, and NEC4 processes
Develop procurement strategies and manage key supply chain relationships
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships within a collaborative alliance structure
Oversee quality assurance processes, audits, and compliance with ITPs
Lead project reporting across programme, commercial, and performance metrics
Project Manager - Requirements
Proven experience delivering civil engineering or geotechnical projects, ideally within major infrastructure
Strong understanding of NEC contracts, NEC4 preferred
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors
Strong commercial awareness including CVR, cost control, and change management
Programme management experience using Primavera P6 or MS Project
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar, or equivalent experience
