Grade G SCP 23 (£34,434) – SCP 27 (£38,220) plus Essential Car User Allowance up to £963pa. Occasional evening and Saturday working may be required. This role requires a full driving licence and a DBS interview on 28th April 2026. Sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities
* Support the ongoing development, improvement and successful delivery of Bolton’s Best Start Family Hubs.
* Coordinate project plans, business cases, implementation activities and monitor programme outcomes using data, insights and stakeholder relationships.
* Facilitate engagement across the Best Start in Life programme, supporting networks, workshops, consultation activity and community events.
* Produce high‑quality communications, including digital content, campaigns, social media and newsletters for staff, partners, parents and providers.
* Collaborate with the eight Family Hubs, travelling as required and using the essential car user allowance.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience of supporting service or project development within a public sector or partnership environment.
* Strong analytical, organisational and digital skills.
* Ability to work with and interpret data, using insights to inform decision‑making and service development.
* Excellent verbal and written skills, with a proven record of producing high‑quality communications for diverse audiences.
* Highly proactive and organised, confidence managing own workload, prioritising and progressing multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
* Motivational and partnership skills to inspire and collaborate at all levels.
Additional Requirements
* You will be asked to deliver a 10‑minute presentation on a project you have managed, outlining your role across design and implementation stages and stakeholder engagement.
* Presentation to be submitted in advance, by midnight on Sunday 26th April to john.mcswigganbolton.gov.uk.

Employment is conditional upon successful DBS clearance. This post is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975.
