At In-Tend Ltd, we are offering a fantastic opportunity to complete a Customer Service apprenticeship. This apprenticeship is designed to provide you with the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic business environment.
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
In-tend are a leading software provider of e-Procurement systems to both a UK and international client base and employ over 40 staff. The company has an excellent and proven history of providing apprenticeships, all of which have the potential to lead to full-time permanent employment.
Throughout the apprenticeship, In-tend offers the opportunity to learn about the company, their customers, and their range of products and services, whilst gaining knowledge in core office-based skills with full support.
Level 3 Customer Service apprenticeships will be considered for those with Level 2 or equivalent, with potential to move to other business departments within the company over time.
We seek individuals eager to develop professionally. The right candidate should present professionally in an open-plan office environment, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and focused on customer care. They should be organized, confident, and willing to learn about our products and services.
Preferably, candidates will have some customer service experience.
Job Responsibilities:
* Proactively learn and understand In-tend's range of goods and services, participating in ongoing training.
* Contact customers and prospects for account management and sales, including follow-ups on inquiries, seminars, and events to generate revenue.
* Identify inquiries that could lead to further training or sales and pass them to relevant departments.
* Provide timely assistance via phone or email to internal and external customers, clients, and suppliers.
* Maintain and update In-tend’s CRM database, ensuring GDPR compliance.
* Liaise with other departments to resolve customer queries effectively.
* Manage customer expectations and communicate difficult messages professionally.
* Collaborate with team members to meet performance and sales targets.
* Ensure all communications adhere to company standards and professionalism.
* Attend training sessions to develop relevant skills and knowledge.
* Perform additional duties as required by management as the role evolves.
