About Our Client

Job Description
3. Overall responsibility for multiple social housing planned works contracts.
4. Ensure contracts are delivered within budget, scope, and programme.
5. Manage variations, compensation events, extensions of time, and final accounts.
6. Oversee cost control, forecasting, and profitability across contracts.
7. Ensure accurate monthly valuations, applications for payment, and cash flow.
8. Manage subcontractor procurement, performance, and payment compliance.
9. Operationally lead teams of Project Managers, Site Managers, and Supervisors across multiple schemes.
10. Ensure works are delivered to required quality standards and specifications.
11. Monitor programme performance, KPIs, and productivity.
12. Ensure effective resource planning across teams and sites
13. Ensure compliance with, CDM Regulations 2015, Health & Safety at Work Act, Company H&S policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
14. Proven experience overseeing Social Housing planned works contracts
15. Operational management experience (working on the contractor side)
16. NVQ In Construction Site Management
17. CSCS Managers Card
