SourceCo are currently hiring for an ambitious and fast growing logistics organisation, who are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and win new business across eCommerce, fulfilment, and wider logistics services.
This is a high impact role suited to a proven sales professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a strong background in B2B & B2C logistics sales across international and domestic markets.
The Role
* Drive new business acquisition through proactive sales activity including cold calling and networking
* Overachieve revenue and profit targets across new and existing accounts
* Develop and execute strategic account plans
* Manage customer contracts, SLAs, and KPI performance
* Identify cross-selling opportunities across fulfilment, eCommerce and logistics services
* Build strong, long term client relationships and act as a trusted commercial partner
* Maintain accurate CRM records and produce weekly sales reports
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Attend client meetings and travel within the UK and internationally where required
Key Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience within logistics / eCommerce / fulfilment sales
* Proven track record in B2B & B2C sales across domestic and international markets
* Strong understanding of carrier networks and fulfilment operations
* Demonstrable success in winning new business and growing accounts
* Experience managing commercial processes including contracts, KPIs, and forecasting
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
* Self motivated, target driven, and commercially astute
* Full UK driving licence
* Ideally based in the Midlands or Northwest
